Dr. Martin Rohacek, Project Manager of Swiss TPH, has been awarded the Else Kröner Fresenius Award for Medical Development Cooperation for the construction and organisation of an emergency ward in the St. Francis Referral Hospital in Ifakara (Tanzania).

The aim of this research project is to improve brain tumor imaging by combining MRI and PET imaging using novel radiotracers.
