This year the Else Kröner Fresenius Award for Development Cooperation in Medicine is going to Sister Rita Schiffer from the Medical Mission Sisters, a gynecologist and medical director of Attat Hospital in Ethiopia, for the project “Sustainable Surgical Care in Attat”.
